Return Policy

1. Return Time Limit

We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days from the date you receive the product.

2. Return Methods

You can contact the post office to arrange a pickup, or send the product to a post office near you. Before sending the product back, please be sure to contact our customer service via email ([email protected]) to confirm the correct return address.

3. Shipping Costs

 If the reason for the return is due to us (such as wrong delivery, damaged or defective goods), we will bear the return shipping costs.

 If the return is for personal reasons (such as dislike), the return shipping costs are borne by you.

4. Wrong or damaged goods

If you receive wrong or damaged goods, please take clear photos and contact customer service as soon as possible. We will arrange re-delivery or compensation according to the specific circumstances.

Return Conditions

1. Non-quality products

Please make sure that the returned goods are unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and retain the original labels and packaging. All such returns must be authorized by customer service before sending.

2. Quality or wrong products

If the product has quality problems or is sent incorrectly, please contact customer service in time and provide clear photos to prove the problem. Once confirmed, we will provide you with the return address as soon as possible.

3. Applicable return situations

Customers can contact us for returns or refunds in the following situations:

 Wrong or damaged goods received

 Defective goods

 Personally disliked (return shipping will not be reimbursed in this case)

 

Return process

1. Contact customer service

Please provide your order number, SKU or product name and the reason for the return. Our customer service team will respond to your request within 1 business day.

2. Get return address

Depending on your situation, we will provide the correct return address.

3. Return the goods

Please return the goods to the specified address with a valid return receipt and tracking number as proof.

4. Confirmation and refund/exchange

Once we receive the returned goods, we will send a confirmation email immediately and arrange a refund or exchange according to your request.

 

Important notice

1. Correct return address

Do not send the return goods to the sender address shown on the package. Always use the dedicated return address provided by customer service to avoid delays in processing.

2. Package content inspection

Please make sure that the return package contains only the items you purchased. Other non-store products are not included in the return range, and we are not responsible for sending these items back.

3. Transportation Risks

We are not responsible for return packages lost or stolen during transportation. Please keep the return tracking documents as proof.

 

Refund Policy

  1. -Any misprinted / damaged / defective items caused by our production or transportation are covered at our expense and you will get a full refund.And We will reimburse the return shipping cost
  2.  -Your order will be fully refunded if it is cancelled within 24 hours of purchase.
  3. -Your order will be fully refunded if it is cancelled before shipping.
  4. We will NOT accept order cancellation request if the orders have been shipped.
  5. -If parcels lost in transit, we will cover your loss by issuing a full refund 
  6. -If you provide an address that the courier is not able to recognize, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address (if and as applicable).
  7. -If you provide a wrong address when you place an order and do not contact us to change the address, you will be responsible for all the loss.
  8. -Items returned with obvious use, makeup, animal hair, dander, deodorant, perfume, or similar product stains may be subject to denial and will not get a refund.
  9. Please note that processing of refunds can take up to 7 business days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers.

Return Label Acquisition

1. Product Defects or Damage

When the product is damaged due to quality problems or during transportation, a return label will be provided with the package.

2. Customer Regret Returns

If the return is due to a wrong purchase, the product is not suitable, or it is no longer needed, the return label will also be included in the package.
