Q: Why didn’t I receive an Order Confirmation email?
A: If you do not receive the order confirmation message within a few minutes of your purchase, please check your Junk or Spam E-mail folder just in case the information was delivered there instead of your inbox. If your confirmation didn’t arrive to either place, please contact Customer support at support@Lineryx.com.


Q: What are the shipping charges?

A: Delivery is FREE on any order equal to or over $69. If your order is less than $69,we charge $4.99.


Q: Can I cancel my order?

A:Cancel your order within 1 day of purchase or before shipment for a full refund. No cancellation requests will be accepted after the order has been shipped.



Q: How long will it take for my order to arrive?
A: The time you receive your order is the sum of the order processing time and shipping time, if you order a ring, it will need 1-2 business days of processing time and then 6-12 business days of shipping time. Therefore, you can expect to receive it in 7-14 business days for all countries.


Q: What if I receive a wrong order or item?

Q: What if my item arrived broken/damaged?

A: If your item arrives damaged, please contact Customer support(Email: support@Lineryx.com) within 30 days and we will either replace the item or give partial refund.

 

Q: What if I don’t want my item for any other reason than damaged? / Can I return something if I don't like it?

A: Not completely satisfied? We accept the return of item(s) within 30 days of delivery. Please note, customer is responsible for return shipping fees.We will decide whether to reimburse the freight for you according to the reason for your return. If it is our responsibility, we will reimburse you for the freight. If it is your responsibility, we will not reimburse the freight.

Q: How long does it take for a refund to show up on my credit card?

A: After we receive the returned goods, processing of refunds can take up to 7 business days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers.
